En del linfröoljor kan smaka lite väl skarpt. Men jag brukar ge mina barn Zetas Raps- och linfröoljablandning med citronsmak. Den smakar nästan citronkola. Om du inte hittar den här produkten kan du göra en egen blandning med t.ex. äpplen och vinäger)&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 msk rapsolja&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salt, peppar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Koka linserna tills de börjar bli mjuka. Det vegetabiliska järnet är svårare för tarmarna att ta upp och därför är järnbrist vanligare bland vegetarianbarn än blandkostbarn. Hur stor risken är att få järnbrist är dock något som är individuellt, vissa människor har lättare för att ta upp järn än andra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Järnrik vegetarisk mat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Järnberikad gröt och välling&lt;br /&gt;Broccoli&lt;br /&gt;Baljväxter&lt;br /&gt;Fullkornsprodukter&lt;br /&gt;Kål&lt;br /&gt;Torkad frukt som t ex torkade aprikoser&lt;br /&gt;Messmör&lt;br /&gt;Persilja&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det finns vissa saker som underlättar upptaget av järn:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Använd gjutjärnspannor när du lagar mat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ha något syrligt som t ex citron eller tomatsås i pannan för att ytterligare frigöra järn från pannan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ät något c-vitaminrikt till varje järnrik rätt, t ex en apelsin/kiwi/jordgubbe, tomat, apelsinjuice osv.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Undvik mjölkprodukter, kaffe och te i samband med måltiden eftersom dessa hämmar järnupptaget!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En ultimat järnrik middag skulle kunna vara bl a baljväxter i tomatsås tillagade i en gjutjärnspanna tillsammans med fullkornspasta, kål och broccoli (med vatten som måltidsdryck).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tips! Röda linser är bra att alltid ha hemma. De smakar och märks inte så mycket, men ger ett fint tillskott av järn i maten. De behöver inte förkokas/svällas, men det kan vara bra att göra det om man inte vill ha allt för mycket "tugg" i maten. Passar bra i t ex färs, lasagne, röror, grytor osv.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Om man misstänkter eller är orolig över järnbrist kan man vända sig till bvc eller direkt till barn- och ungdomsmedicinska för att ta prover och få hjälp av en dietist. Om det visar sig att barnet har järnbrist kan man ta järndroppar tills nivåerna blivit stabila igen. Stek kikärtorna tillsammans med skivad halloumi, salt och peppar i ca 5-10 minuter. Värm samtidigt frysta grönsaker eller skiva färska grönsaker. På bara några minuter har du en rätt där de stekta kikärtorna utgör ett mycket nyttigt och proteinrikt alternativ till t ex potatis. Istället för att tina några köttbullar från Mamma Scan är dessa vegetariska biffar ett gott och snabbt alternativ om man förbereder ett storkok.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Antal: cirka en GB-glasslåda full med färdiga biffar att ha redo i frysen:&lt;br /&gt;6-7 potatisar&lt;br /&gt;2-3 morötter&lt;br /&gt;2 dl kikärtor&lt;br /&gt;2 dl sojabönor&lt;br /&gt;2-3 cm purjolök&lt;br /&gt;2 ägg&lt;br /&gt;1/2 dl mjöl&lt;br /&gt;Örtkrydda&lt;br /&gt;Ev. salt (barn över ett år)&lt;br /&gt;Peppar&lt;br /&gt;Stekfett&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mixa alla ingredienserna i t ex en matberedare. Den passar för både stora och små och fungerar utmärkt som plockmat om man väljer pasta i plockvänlig storlek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Medan pastan kokar tinar man grönsaker och sojabönor i en skål med vatten på full effekt i mikrovågsugnen. Det brukar finnas många bra grönsaksblandningar att välja på i affärernas frysdiskar. Sojabönorna förbereder man genom att blötlägga torkade bönor, gör storkok och sedan frysa in. Det finns även sojabönor på konservburk.
